My boyfriend has never had a problem getting an erection, most of the time he's ready and waiting, and during oral he can last forever but during vaginal for the most part he looses that erection very quickly, on a scale from 1 to 10 he rates both very high, but I need to know if it's me or is it something with him......We have a great relationship and there's no stress with the relationship because there's no demanding attachments we both in our mid 30's and are two very independent people. Please advice as to if this could be me or him, also if there is anything I could try to improve this problem.
I have no answers for you, but I thought it might be comforting to know that I am searching for answers to the same thing. I am a 31yr male, and it is very confusing... I find my woman very attractive and it's extremely frustrating for me that I am not able to maintain an erection during vaginal sex - I absolutely want to. My only thoughts on the matter are that perhaps she becomes over lubricated naturally, or we use too much manually, and then there is a lack of sensation. This is only a theory, but it's all I've got. Good luck!

This is exactly the issue I searched for and am experiencing myself. I am over 50 but only recently having vaginal erection issues. Oral and manual seem fine. I am not sure why I have this change in the last months but it is ongoing now.
