Following is a list of medications that I take. Can you tell me which one would cause me to test positive for a drug test. I recently had one for a job but tested positive. None of these are illegal. I thought perhaps you could help me. i'm very concerned. Following is a list
Gabapentin 300mg - 2/day
Boniva 150 MG - 1/Mo
Requip 2 MG - 3/day
Vasceretin 10/25 - 1/day
Simvastatin 20 MG - 1/day
Paxil 20 MG - 1/day
Celebrex 200 MG - 1/day
Xanax -0.5 MG - Occasionally,as needed
meclizine 25MG - Occasionally
Ambien 10MG - Occasionally, when I can't sleep
Darvocet 100MG - Occaionally when I'm in pain with my shoulder
Calcitrate 400 MG - 4/day
Vitaddmin D-3 -2000IU - 4/day
Folic Acid 800mcg 3/Day
Advil for occasional headaches
Nyquill/Dayquil , sudafed, zicam (One of these usually when I have a cold
Could any of these cause me to have a positive drug test?

Could any of these cause me to have a positive drug test?
My guess would be the Darvocet. BUT - the positive should not matter. The employer is required to have a 'Medical Review Officer' that will go over you prescriptions with you - and if the positive is explained by one of the medications you are properly prescribed the MRO will make the test a negative.
My son takes trazodone for sleep and celexa for mood swings. On drug test for work, he tested positive for barbiturates. He is concerned. How could this happen?
