Im 28 and have four children, I had a tubal 2 years ago. Since I have suffered from cystic fibroids which has given me painful cramping and very heavy periods. This month my cramping was in my right side and not as severe and I have only lightly spotted. Could this be an ectopic pregnanct?
Well, if your tubes were tied, the sperm shouldn't have reached the egg, right? However, sometimes the tubal ligation fails, so if you have missed your period you better test...even if you did get pregnant, it wouldn't necessarily be an ectopic pregnancy.
