I'm a gay male, 19 years old.
For the past two months or so, I've noticed a small white lump just on the inside of my anus. This lump is fairly small, about the size of a sesame seed, but it's hard a protrudes quite far off the surface, like a peak. It's impossible not to notice if touching the area.
Within the last two weeks, I've noticed three smaller white bumps, not too visible, on the other side of my anus. Spaced out in a triangle form. These too are hard, though I can't feel them quite as much as the larger one. They're still noticeable.
The area does feel itchy sometimes, but is usually OK. Nothing a shower and fresh pair of underwear won't fix. When using the toiler, I often enough experience bleeding on the paper when wiping, but I've been noticing this for years before I was ever sexually active. I'd say I haven't gone a week or two without once finding blood on the toilet paper at one time or another.
My ex boyfriend had an STD test done in January of this year just before we broke up, which came back clean. During our relationship which lasted about 7 months, we did indulge in unprotected sex occasionally.
I'm wondering, even though his test came back clean after all the time we were together, and now 5 months since we last had intercourse, could this be an STD showing it's ugly face? Or could it be something attributed to the bleeding. I've tried to find as many photo examples as I can online of genital warts on the anus, but so far all I can seem to find are images of the extreme of that STD that really don't look much like what I'm experiencing.
Many sources state that they are pinkish/reddish lumps, all I'm seeing are three small white dot sized lumps and one larger white peak.
Any advice?
Thanks
