I had gallbladder removed 4weeks ago. Healing well for first 2weeks. Than
all of a sudden pain began to increase in the right flank and downward to right hip and straight down to inner right leg. Pain is usually sharp and burning. When I bend I feel like there is a large object or twisting in my way. sitting up straight will increase pain. I was physically active 4 days after surgery getting ready for the holidays but I dont think I over did it. The surgeon said maybe it was muscle spasms. But I dont think so. Is this normal and could it be that I possibly did too much. The doctor did commentthat the gallbladder was resting on the common bile duct which was unusual but surgery went well despite this. Help even wearing pants is very uncomfortable. I am still bloating after eating just like before the operatiion.
