I am having power cleans problems. I hate them, I find them boring, I will never do them again! Truth is, I just hate that I cannot lift desired weight. By the scores in every other exercise, I should do it easily, but it is just not the case. Even though with the advices of older colleagues, it is just not working. How important this exercise really is? Should I be able to go on without it.
I think that this exercise is a bit outdated but I cannot say that it is not effective. It uses many muscle groups and is good for stamina. I also know that you should have some specialist with you to help. Lower the weight you lift do not be clouded with your other scores, this exercise stands for itself. One more reason for disliking it is my knee problem so I do not like leg workout generally.
