To get pregnant, sperm has to enter her vagina. From what you have related, and if that is all that has happened sexually since her last period, there doesn't seem to be any chance of that happening.

That's the problem with taking Emergency Contraception (EC). The hormonal (withdrawal) period can take 5-10 days to come, and normal periods can become unpredictable for a time. If you didn't do anything, why did she take EC?
You said "I don't think I went inside her", but that must mean there is a possibility you did.
You also said, "She tried to put my penis inside her" and then added, "I'm not sure if it did". So that must mean there is a possibility it did, although you did say, "She said all I did was touch her clit with my penis".
If it happened on 23rd March with her period due at the end of the month, it was unlikely to have been a fertile time, so she wouldn't be able to get pregnant.
You just have to wait. I am sure it will come eventually.

Yes, you can relax now. Her bleeding has come at a time I would have expected.
No, you're not stupid, and I do understand your concerns. But be careful in future. The 'urge to merge' is strong, and if you don't set boundaries, you could find yourself in a similar situation again (as have many).
So, take care.
If I can help further, please ask (privately if necessary).

It is extremely unlikely you could be pregnant. Just rubbing your clit with pre-cum is only a low risk anyway. But if you give some more detail, I might be able to give you more confidence.
You can only get pregnant at a fertile time, so:
- What date did this happen?
- What date was your period due? 3rd April?
- How did you calculate your due date?
- What were the dates your previous 6 periods started (or as many as you know)?
- What is your usual cycle length (typically 28 days)?
