I don't think you should get a blood pregnancy test done (I don't think it is necessary), but you could if you were worried. I don't think trying to speed up your period start would be helpful.
Your last 'sexual activity' (with a risk of vaginal exposure to sperm) was in the first week of January (7th?). We are now a fortnight away from that. If you were to take a home test 21 days after your last activity (7th + 21 days >> 28th) it should be reliable.
I am more concerned about your irregular cycles and would suggest a thorough medical check-up to rule out PCOS.

And if my period do come, i think i will get the medical check-up done too.
Thank you so much for your advice!!

But by 14th february, she said that she had a headache and the pain kinda spread to her eyes, she never experience this symptons before. is this the signs of her pregnancy? She usually have a period for about 5 days.

Day 6 of her cycle ("one day after her period ... for about 5 days") would not likely be a fertile time unless she has a cycle of about 24 days.
If "2nd February" had been "one day after her period", then it suggests her period ended 1st Feb but started 28th Jan. With a typical 28-day cycle, her next period would be due 25th Feb. But you haven't given any period history.
Nevertheless, from the little you said about your activity ("I was rubbing my penis around her clitoris" and "I ejaculate on her stomach"), it doesn't sound likely she could get pregnant if that was all that happened.
- What were the start-dates of her last 6 periods?
- What date does she expect her next period to start?
- All you did was rub your penis on her clitoris and you ejaculated on her stomach? Nothing else?

So, what caused her headache? because she never had a headache before

Headaches are generally common occurrences.

That's OK. I'm just trying to understand exactly what happened. If no sperm entered her vagina, then she could not get pregnant. It probably wasn't a fertile time anyway. But remember that sperm can enter manually also. So if you (or she) had sperm on your fingers, and those fingers went in (or very close to) her vagina, then some sperm could swim in. I can't explain her headaches, unless it is from stress.

Okay I don’t want to sound stupid or anything.
So my boyfriend and I fooled around in his car yesterday afternoon and he wanted to rub me. He touched himself and he got some pre on his fingers from that same morning, but he forgot to clean himself up. Anyway, before he rubbed me, I stopped him and asked him to wipe his hands with a tissue and he did for about a minute before he began to do his thing. What are the chances of me getting pregnant from that? We have done this before about two weeks before my period and I did not get pregnant. I had my period 6 days ago so we had no complications there. It has been about 15 hours since this happened and I want to take Plan B to get rid of the chances of me getting pregnant because I am super anxious. I also heard that Plan B was not as effective for women over 165 pounds? I am 168 and 5’8 so would my weight and height be an issue? I plan on taking Plan B tomorrow afternoon so by then it would be 48 hours after we did what we did and I also heard the limit was 72 hours. I have so many questions, but that is just my anxiety for you.

The chances of you getting pregnant seem extremely low indeed (from the little you have said). You can only get pregnant if sperm enters your vagina at a fertile time.
- If you have a regular 28-day cycle, and your period started 6 days ago, then it is unlikely to have happened at a fertile time.
- You haven't described exactly what he did when he "rubbed" you, but there would appear, from your brief and vague description, to be little opportunity for sperm to enter your vagina.
- It happened sometime after he got pre-cum on his fingers, and he did wipe them, so any sperm that might have got on this fingers would most likely have died through dryness and wiping.
Plan B seems unnecessary and would disrupt your cycle.

So I just remembered that he said that he urinated that morning after masturbating during the morning before he touched me. I was wondering if urine would kill the sperm (this happened about 5 hours before he touched me). Note that I didn’t make him precum, apparently it was from that morning and he admit that he forgot to clean himself because he was in a rush. I also remember that he began touching me with his left hand (he didn’t touch his penis with that hand) and he was stroking himself with his right. Before he went to touch me with his right hand, I asked him to wipe both hands with tissues and he wiped each finger thoroughly for about a minute before touching me because I did feel some liquidy substance on his tip. I did this with him the same day I got sick and I threw up at least twice for 5 minutes straight that same night and I know that’s not a sign of pregnancy, but I also did hear that when the body is sick, it realizes that it is not ready to have a baby. By the way, you have been a great help so far. :)
