my last three periods started on 3/18, 2/16, and 1/16, and through my app the fertility window was predicted to be 3/29 through 4/4 (estimated ovulation day 4/3). the reason i'm so scared is because even though what happened was unlikely, it was really really close to this window and i don't know what to trust.

From what you have described, you are very unlikely to be pregnant. You didn't give your Dec period date, but the app's suggested fertile time sounds reasonable. That means the time of your activity would suggest you were not fertile then.
What do you mean by your use of the term "fingering"?

Taking Plan b seems unnecessary, but having done so, will likely affect the timing of your next period. It may not come when expected.
