I have read quite a few posts from women who wonder if pregnancy is possible with irregular or absent periods. well this is my story,
I am 19 years old and for the past year or so have had very irregular periods only coming every 3-4 months. well, about a week ago I took a pregnancy test since my period has been absent since march 2006 and it is now october 2006!!! needless to say I am pregnant! I even went to the doctors to have it confirmed. pregnancy with absent or irregular periods is possible and if you are not looking to become pregnant you should use every precaution possible. because it happened to me! having a baby at 19 was never the plan, or something I was trying to achieve, but now I am pregnant, and my plans have changed. and, everything I do from now and for the rest of my babys life must be in its best interest. So please don't think it can't happen to you! it happened to me, and I have to live with the consequences of having an unplanned pregnancy.
