I'm 34 and had my tubes clamped after my 3 rd child 12 years ago. My last period was 2 days long, my breasts and nipped are very sore and sensitive, and I have no energy. Could I be pregnant?

While possible it is VERY unlikely. Tubal ligation is considered permanent but there have been cases of pregnancy. If you are pregnant it would likely be an ectopic as well due to scarring.
Take a home pregnancy test. Be sure to use your wake up pee.
