You said "some quantity of semen spread on her vagina". Did you mean 'vagina' or did you mean 'vulva'.
- If you meant 'vulva' and it was on the outer lips, then the chances are very low. If those lips were close together, then there would be almost no chance.
- If you meant 'vagina' (on/near the vaginal opening), and she was wet ("i had sex with my girl frnd", whatever that means, presumably she was aroused!), then there is a chance she could get pregnant. Sperm swim quickly in fluid!
However, it also depends if it were during her fertile days. If not, then she would not get pregnant anyway. But you didn't give details of cycle dates and when this took place. Using urine was a useful precaution.
