it comes and goes. My ears have pressure in them and so does my ears, when I lie down my stomach feels uneasy and it gurgles and gets a random heartbeat above my naval (like an inch or two above it) then my throat is tight, like I want to vomit, but my stomach doesn't hurt enough to feel like I want to vomit. I've been passing gas quite a bit, and my lymph nodes aren't swollen. Last night my heart was beating strong in my stomach, and I really believed I was going to vomit, but I fell asleep. When I woke up this morning my throat was full (it didnt hurt at all!) and my voice sounded weird. but as the morning went on the fullness went away and went to my head again and it felt like I was going to vomit (my throat was tight stomach felt fine). So now I have a pressure in my temples/ears and my throat is a little tight. it gets worse at night it seems. My brother was vomiting and had diahhrea (sp?) two days ago (he works at a resturaunt) if I caught it, am I likley to vomit? I hate vomiting and being sick. Or is it anxiety? My mom gets anxiety, so thats probably where I got it from. and I am really worried about vomiting (last time I did, it lasted all night. it was terrible. i stopped vomiting till it was like 8 in the morning. and im stressed if Im going to make this dance I have to go to on friday. is it anxiety, or an oncoming flu? please help.
When you are worried about something that is important to you, or when you stress about something like the dance you said was important to you it’s really common that you get anxious, too. And when you are anxious your muscles tighten up, like muscles in stomach area or your throat. Normal body processes like heartbeat, breathing and blood pressure change as well and that’s why you can feel your heartbeat more than usual. You get upsetting feeling in your stomach from that excitement. Has this affected your sleeping? It’s important that you get enough sleep and rest as well as to try to find a way to calm yourself down and stop worrying.
