Hi BrianJ7166,
Since you are 17 years old your body is still developing and naturally it needs more and more energy than before. If you exercise hard and you are leading a healthy life than it is possible that you simply don’t intake enough of the fluids into your organism. Exercising hard can often be so exhausting that you simply forget to drink water and it is essential to drink water when you are exercising even if you are not thirsty. When your body starts to signalize to you the thirst you are already dehydrated and dehydration can cause symptoms which you are describing.
If you continue to experience same symptoms than consider consulting your doctor about this matter.
