Ok I am 27 years old and have  masturbated  since i was 8-9 from the earliest i remember i only had these pains in my pelvis and anus  also a pulsating pain in my buttox after  orgasming  so many times a day depending on the  intensity  of the orgasms. Should I see a proctologyst or urologist for this matter? this has been going on ever since my mid teens. Could there be something wrong with my prostate gland or am I simply masturbating to much and my body cannot handle the orgasms/lack of seminal discharge (after so many that is). please Help, I am very concerned about this, thank you.

Thanks for the info.. I've recently experienced this same problem and i have had a history of hemorrhoids so you could be onto something here. I've managed to fix my hemorrhoids with a change of diet. i went completely paleo cutting out alljunk foods and no grains and never had a reoccurance.. I think there could be a link to dietry inflammation.

I had a nasty bout of prostatitis last year, lasted for months. I still get pain after orgasm, but I think that's because I'm not currently sexually active enough (I'm coming off antidepressants which have greatly limited my sex drive). A very effective cure is to take a hot bath. It relaxes the prostate. My urologist swears by it and it has worked every time for me.

Now my sex drive is increasing (noticeably after 2 weeks off antidepressants), I plan on orgasming more so my prostate is regularly exercised and 'cleared out'. Also, as with a lot of complaints like this, diet and exercise will be a great help.

Nothing to worry about, and if anything, its a good thing if it makes you more aware of the prostate as it can cause a lot of problems in most men as we age.

It has been happening to me for years since I was 22 now I'm 38 never got it checked just dealed with it.. I learned if I try to force to cum faster it will sometimes activate it or if I try to cum at the same time with my girl it will hurt too... So I learn to not try to cum but try to just let it happen and not try to hold back .... It has been the best now. masterbate or sex if it happen to you take a bath and put warm hot water on your ass!!! It will stop hurting after a little bit if time that's is what I do let it run on you ass hole just takeing a bath is not enough !! Hope this helps.. It's saved me from many painful nights:)

31, heterosexual, with the same probem (Prostate ache/pain after orgasm).

for me the warm water solution also seems to reduce the intensity and length of painful period. further correlation wiht temparature is when my feet are cold during ejaculation this seems to increase the probability of tha occurance of the problem (for me the problem occurs only in 1 out 20 orgasms).

for all those experiencing this problem have you tried standing on you shoulder for a few mins a day? search sarvangasana on net, you will find the posture? i am not suggesting you do, but it might help. If someone tries this and feels better do reply

I am/have had this same this happen as well. Warm baths helped me get rid of the pain. The research I did suggested it helped the sphincter or anus muscles to relax.

After ejaculation , about 8 hours later I feel dull pain around , or inside my anus that lingers around sometimes for a day, it feels my bladder is not completely empty , i go to bathroom and my stream has slow down considerably in past 2 years., I am 60 years old. I do sit quite a bit at work. If I don't ejaculate I am fine. I don't have good erection . Sometimes I can not get any erection at all. Can someone tell me what is going on with me?

Hy guys my husband had the same problem same pain you are all experiencing, First of all look for a good Doctor. My husband had the Sam problems for over a year we went to his primary Doctor he did some testing and his prostate had some inflammation due to a infection on his prostate, he took antibiotics for months and he had some relieve but for long then we saw a TV commercial about CAREPROS a treatment for prostate problems be a wear that there is a eye drop with the same name is not it. Any way my husband did the treatment for the hole 2 months like he was told they also recommended me to take a similar treatment for a month .The first 15 Days we have sex with condoms like we were told to make. The reason for that is that if you have infection in your prostate well that were the sperms comes out so your partner will get an infection with not even knowing it. Well is been 4 months already 2 with treatment 2 after treatment my husband feels fantastic he has non pain at all no complaints he is perfectly fine. I hope you all get better and whether you have little sex or a lot there is no excuse for pain. Some Doctors just give rung results be very care full Gentleman's..

I have the similar problem. I eperience pain in the right side of my groin area and right lower back. I think the pain is mainly because of holding your ejaculation. reduce the frequency of ejaclation to 2 per week. Have plenty of water.

I've had a dull sharp pain in my anus area that comes and goes. I thought it was hemorrhoids at first but it isn't. I'm very sedentary which I think could be the problem. I know this sounds crazy but it works for me. I have found that if I put Vicks vaporrub on it it makes most if not all of the pain go away.

I had the same problem. It went away completely after I started wearing looser underwear. Doesn't seem like the root cause lies in the prostate, but hey, as long as the pain is gone I don't really care.

I have been living with this exact pain for the last 10 years....when the pain gets intense,I've noticed when I lie on my back, grabs my knees, and hold them close to my chest(which can be difficult),until the pain becomes bareable...it then goes away for 5 or 10 minutes, and returns but not as intense....my new theory,is that it related to lack of fiber/fruit and my rectum tightens/clinches up which causes anal muscles to cramp up or hard stool to become iritated by the clinching...I'm still living with it and notice that it happens after I ejaculate or have a bowel movement (periodically)...the tough part it that there really is no pattern...I notice it happens less when I'm eating more fiber and fruit...
