My balls ‘dropped’ and my penis is now about 4 inches when non erected, i have spots and armpit hair and pubic hair but my voice still hasn’t deepened and im a bit curious
Your balls drop at birth so that doesn't happen at puberty they just get larger and hang lower, flaccid penis doesn't matter as that grows with your body from birth it's the erect size you measure, all the other things you say that have happened are ok but the one thing you do not state is how old you are!
Some people's voices change very little during puberty so it can be hard for you to actually notice any difference as you hear your voice all the time but others may notice a change in it, just be patient!
