*No Sexual Contact Ever*The bumps look like ingrown hairs but I do not shave this area (above the mound).
The bumps only appear when I'm in the shower because the heat turns the irritated skin red.
I squeezed the most noticeable one and solid puss came out. Very clean; no blood.Can the hair follicles still get infected/irritated even though I do not shave (which makes the follicle susceptible)?

Is it water + heat, or just heat?, Do you have same issues when in a warm hot environment? I think you need to see a doctor... it could be hives, google it. If not that or parathesis, go see a doctor. If its parathesis, go see a doctor too. Look at my post and see if it is what I have. If its hives, dont squeeze it lol....dont scratch it, dont take a bath in hot water, don't trigger the symptom. I hope this helps.
