yes. even men can develop breast cancer. my mother had breast cancer. my suggestion is to catch it early, get a mammogram or even self check.
Yes. I am one of those people. I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in January, and am very Small breasted. My father had Breast Cancer 13 years ago...stage 3. It is very possible.
