I ran into this forum looking for solutions to a problem that seems to be plaguing me recently. If anyone could offer any suggestions it would be appreciated. Ive read a few different things that had some similarities but not quite what I'm experiencing.


I'm in my 30s and am circumcised. I have noticed that I seem to have a smooth creamy build up under the head of my penis on occasion. It can be rubbed off and when doing so has a unique odor. I am very hygienic and do not believe the problem lies there. Ive paid even more attention recently to cleaning and drying and have tried switching soaps with no results. I also have noticed even when it isn't there, and hasn't been there for days, that I get small tears/cuts in that area, most notably after having sex.

Any ideas on what could cause these two symptoms?
