Yes, you can buy lube. Some lubes double as massage oil and lubricant, so you can get it and just say it's for a massage if anyone asks.
I, personally, enjoy KY Tingling.
You can find lube at any major retailer. It will be over in the family planning section--where condoms and pregnancy tests are.
For a good size bottle of a good brand: $5-7.
