I have recently quit smoking so in the same position as most of you guys.
I have been feeling better in some cases like my cough has stopped.
Iv been having issues with my digestive system. Where I have been reading lots on this and I also have been diagnosed with IBS and don't buy it.
80%of British have parisits which also cause these systems, I'm currently having a pariste detox.

Was already a runner - but exercise is helpful - moving helps everything move
Sushi/pickled ginger (clears out the gas - is a MIRACLE for me)
Daily probiotic
Carrot ginger juice (fresh - not bottled)
Aloe Juice (not too much)
Sauerkraut (life saver!)
Had to cut out carbs and meat and chicken and any processed foods
Baked potatoes and cooked vegetables (butter was fine)
Fresh fruit
Scrambled eggs (no milk-just plain eggs)
Ginger tea
Lentils
NO GUM or Carbonated water (both made it waaay worse)
Believe me - I understand a restricted diet on TOP of quitting is VERY TOUGH, but my stomach was worse than the cravings so I just dealt with it. Am now putting things like meat and carbs slowly back into my diet - so far so good. I wish everyone success - the stomach stuff is the WORST! Utter nightmare!

Hey buddy, it’s not IBS. Your absolutely right, some doctors are lazy as f**k. Get your colon and stomach looked at, get some blood tests done. Don’t trust doctors, it’s hard to find a good one. I smoked cigs and weed for 6 years. I just quit a month ago and I’m having the same issues. From what I’ve read, it’s normal adjustment. Stay away from GMO foods, only buy organic, and try to limit wheat, dairy and beans. Do a cleanse as well. I’m doing a parasite cleanse to rebalance by gut flora. Good luck!

I say you can quit and smoke all the cigarettes you want, just not the first one.
