I hope this is of further help to you. I am from the states so Amazon is an awesome site to find pretty much anything with very reasonable prices. Maybe there is something else close to this if you cannot find it. maybe search for a natural colon cleanse or natural detox cleanse that will be similar to this.

Thanks Outlander. I have been desperate to find something that was going to work. The depression was getting so bad over this and I was at my wits end. I have done detoxes in the past to help cleanse and rid my body of toxins and bad bacteria and I thought why not try it. I am so glad I did. I hope it continues to work and that eventually I can wean myself off of it. I actually can eat now without worrying about all this. I still have to be careful of what I eat, but that has always been a problem for me. I always have had a finicky digestive system regarding certain foods, but not that it would cause any kind of constipation. Actually the opposite. I thank you again for your encouragement. It does help having all this support on this site from others. I am hoping that you and others are able to find something that will work for you. I will still continue to follow this site as it has helped me so much.

Everyone out there, congratulations. Good job people. Take a deep inhale, all the way in, drop the breath deep into the body. All that good clean oxygen. Thich Nhat Hanh says a mindful inhale is like sipping a tall glass of cool water....
I smoked age 25-30, rolled my own tobacco, smoked like a chimney. Quit cold turkey. It was pretty intense. Major emotional upheaval. Cried for 30 days. Im not kidding. There were so many layers to go through. It was this connection to the land (Im in VA, my fam were tobacco farmers in NC), it was the need to just go outside and try and connect with the natural world... there was a lot of subconscious layers I had to go through the following year, peeling it all back like an onion, healing.
But that was nothing compared to the constipation. Chronic. Unbelievable. Colonics help- highly recommended. I get one monthly now. Also aloe with magnesium powder at night helps alot. But yeah, the tobacco was propping up my depressed emotional and physical state. When I quit smoking, my digestive fire went kaput and I suddenly developed all this SI joint pain. The constipation and the arthritis feel connected... Was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis 6 months after quitting... Its an "auto-immune" rheumatoid arthritis, doctors don't really know how to help. I limp more days than not now.
So yeah, I quit smoking, now have trouble pooping and walking. But I can breathe. I can BREATHE. I feel better in my soul. I had no way of knowing, glad I couldnt see all the health problem hiding around bend, probably wouldnt have had guts to go through with quitting. Def the hardest thing I ever did. I am a much stronger person for it.
