I was starting to have severe anxiety and depression again after a year and a half on Zoloft. I increased it from 100 to 150 and now from 150 to 200. It has been two days, and I feel like my mind is constantly racing. I am sleeping okay, but it's like my mind will not shut off. Will this go away? Is this a sort of side affect? Even if I close my eyes I still think about thoughts, and the second I wake up my racing mind starts again. It feels like it will never leave and calm down! Please let me know of this is normal! Thanks!

I'm dealing with this too. Mine started after taking Synthroid for my hypothyroid. I stopped taking it months ago, but my mind is still racy. It is driving me insane. My mind will not stop. When I wake up in the middle of the night it is the worst, just thoughts of the day flowing like a river through my head. It makes me wake in a panic. I'm pre menopausal and its worse around my period. Did you ever find a cure?
