Hi. I'm 38 year old female and I have long history of weight loss struggle behind me. I could say that whole my life I was fat and I'm starting to believe that I'm also going to dye fat.
The biggest problem is that I have always used some diet programs with high restriction in choosing of food I could eat. I could follow it for about week or two and then I would go mad and started to eat almost anything. So, the main problem is in fact that I'm big gourmand.
A good friend of mine suggested me some diet called Radiant Health and he told me that using it I can almost anything I want.
How can this be true?

I asked my self the same question about a month ago when I started using this diet. You see, the key fact is that you can't eat everything but almost everything! This diet principle is that you can eat proteins as much as you can, but that cause these cravings and slowly gets you used to eating less carbohydrates.
Because they are convinced that the more carbs you eat the more you’ll want. But it is not recommended not to eat carbs at all so, Carbohydrates are limited to portions under 70g a day.
So, you can eat unrestricted amounts of protein-rich foods such as meats, cheeses and eggs, but you will have to reduce eating pasta, bread and potatoes.
