I really suggest you go to a doc (gynaecologist) and see if he/she can do any tests to confirm what you are thinking.

If you have never had bleeding before from the anal passage, and this is something that has happened after that night, including lacerations and diarrhea like feeling, surely things aint right. See my earlier post about going to a doc.
More than your rape suspicion, you need to make sure you are not infected (which can be very serious). Go to a doc !
