Three years back i felt a lot itchy on my penis area n i satrted itching it at night n then in the morning i found my penis area skin had all rash n i still had it. The itching some time seems better but the rash remain as the same till today. Is there any way to cure without consulting the doctor, Pls suggest me.....
just guessing, it's probably best to go to the dr. Maybe use google to try to find more info
