I visited my girlfriend a few days ago (5 days to be exact). Of course, we engaged in our sexual activites multiple times. In total we did it 4 or 5 times in a day, with no protection or lubrication. The day I got back home (not even 5 hours after our last round) I noticed redness around the bottom of my penis.
Later the same day I took a look again to see if it was any better, and I noticed that the red area around the shaft had turned to dead skin, and there were several pimple like spots in the pubic area (little red spots, some with white tips). Its been 3 days now and the pimples are almost completely gone, and the ones left look as though they're turning into dead skin, slowly flaking off. I'm not sure if this was just a bad rash from too much friction in a small time period, or if it's something more serious. I shaved the day I visited, so could this just be shaving pimples activated by the friction and red rash/dead skin from the friction as well?
Would you be able to tell me what this could be? And if anything can help?

Might just be a form of eczema from dry skin. It happens sometimes. Also check with your gf and see if she has it too, it could be related to a yeast infection. Or your skin is probably just irritated. I wouldn't worry about it, get some 1% cortisone cream and apply it after a shower. Its a skin steroid and should help. Vaseline, lotion, or neosporin might help. Could be a bacterial infection.
Before I have my period, skin in my genital area is cracked and it hurts. After period, it is healed and gone. It's been like that 3 months now. Please tell me what is wrong? Thanks.
