Rash Won't Go Away

For the past month, I've had this rash on my hip.  It hasn't spread any further, but it's not getting any smaller either.

I know it's not my clothes.  I don't think it's any new meds, but I stopped taking my supplements just in case, mainly n-acetyl cysteine, which can have a side effect of rashes.  However, it's been 5 days and so far, I haven't noticed any difference.

I was hoping someone could help identify the rash.  The skin is a little rough and at the center of the rash looks like a small dark spot.  If it's a bug bite, it's one that I've never gotten before in my life.
