I am a 26 year old male.
I have a problem near my penis area. Testicles and the lower side of the penis at times itch very much resulting in rashes and also sometimes small open wounds kind of thing occurs which makes it very uncomfortable and painful. Its now been a long time since I am dealing with this issue. I tried applying "Fourderm" ointment on the affected area, which when applied gives very positive results, It help the area not to itch and also the skin texture turns back to normal within 3-4 days of daily application of the ointment.
Please help.
So it's not a continuous irritation you have all the time then just now and again?
It is not continuous, but it occurs quite frequently, which in turn does not allow the skin to be back to 100% normal.
So would you say once or twice a week or less?
you can say twice or thrice a week.
It could be something that you use different that causes it or different fabric in your underwear or even just something like dermatitis that needs to be treated with medication. There are so many different things that you need to eliminate to try and find the answer.

You could try using athletes foot cream as it could be jock itch but follow the instruction and don't apply it to broken skin.
