im new to this so not sure how it works but ill try my best Im a 14yo girl and i have been suffering from Heavy menstrual bleeding and loosing large clots of blood.. I take tranexamic acid for it but currently not doing a thing.. Today i lost a big clot of blood but it didnt just look like blood i seriously thought abit of something from my insides came out and now it stings when i sit and walk as though someone has cut me i am in so much pain with there being heavy bleeding i dont know what to do i cant go on the pill as my mum had a DVT and a PE.. and i have recurrent ovarian cysts so im not sure what other options i have i need something to be done soon i cant go on like this every period.. also not sure if this is useful info but i missed my last period (november) and currently on day 4 of my menstrual cycle my cycle usually lasts the full 7 days.. im not sexually active no chance of pregnancy.
Hope to get some answers of you guys please help me in lots of pain..
