Don't know what to do
I know this is over a year ago but I felt compelled to share my horrible experience as it scarily sounds so similar with everyone else. Medical history: Chronic bronchitis as a child, a current smoker, Fibromyalgia, CFS, Possible adrenal fatigue, DDD, Depression, severe anxiety, panic attacks, fully vaxxed, had a child 39 weeks 5 years ago and a miscarriage at 17 weeks. was diagnosed with fibro, CFS right after the birth of my first, got the whooping cough vaccine after her birth and also got the flu vaccine in the 2015/2016 season (not sure if vaccines matter as some do study vaccines and injuries or how they can jumpstart a disease). Now for the fun part. I lived in the south (CA, NV, CO, NM, AZ, desert cities) for 4 years, I am originally from the North West and moved back 2 1/2 years ago. the first winter was an ill Nino/Ill Nina system, I got sick my first time in October. It lasted 3 and a half to 4 weeks, I would start to feel better for about a week then get slammed with it again, now this took place both years all fall, winter, spring long. I would only have a week long break before the next round attacked me. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired and as another poster said, it truly is like groundhog day. Go to bed, get little sleep, extremely lethargic, muscle weakness, fatigued and all over bronchitis feeling. It just will not stop, month after month for 3/4 weeks with barely a week in between for a break. I looked up Mycoplasma pneumoniae and Cold Agglutinin disease. I have been in the ER 4 times last year and 5 this year 2016/2017. I just called my GP and asked if they can test for these 2 things. I had a chest x ray which did show a lung infection, on another occasion visiting the ER I had to have fluids due to dehydration (I can drink 3 to 4 bottles of water a day so this is something for concern) I hope this helps someone. Keep going back to Er, keep making Dr appointments, we never know what new kind of bacteria or virus can pop up forming from an old strain. If this is going on as much as it is then there's got to be something going on, maybe it's just because of the Ill nino/la nina, maybe it's because the weather is acting up. It has been seen through history, stuff like this happens, it's best to get every test under the sun done and maybe one of us will present a new strain and the cdc can get on it. I am sure we are all sick of this "mystery flu" going around, why not do what we can to help others. My symptoms are exactly the same as every one elses. Neck stiffness, dry cough attacks, wheezing and no matter how i cough or how hard it will not release, lethargic, extremely forgetful, brain fog worsens, virtigo worsens, muscle and joint pain to where it's hard to walk upstairs, chest and throat pain from severity of cough, severe headache/migraines, sensitivity to light, sound, can't even go in a store w/o forgetting everything. All of this for a month, non stop. Can't sleep. Oh and I am 30, yay me. Any advice, help would be appreciated.
