Ive been noticed my whole left side of scrotum, left testicle all the way up to the top of penis, what is seperated by the Vesling's line, is completely red, especially after masturbation.. Could somebody explain if this is troublesome or just normal? I also notice my Vesling's line is not completely separated in half proportional.. Any help would be extremely appreciated.

my left testicle also hangs, lower and seems bigger.. Its only really apparent after masturbation, and stays for about an hour.. I feel no pain whatsoever but i'm concerned since it seems I just recently developed this.. I could provide pictures if needed. Im 20 y/o.. Thank you
