Red scrotum for over a year now. Not itchy and have a flesh colored stripe down the middle.

So my scrotum has been red on both sides with a flesh colored stripe down the middle for over a year now. It has never been itchy and gets more read in response to heat. I was wondering if there is any way to get back to my normal coloration. I don't have any stds and it isn't jock itch. I have looked around for a while and can't find any solutions. Thanks in advance for the help
