Red Spots on backside of penis- diagnosed as eczema by doctors, but I disagree

I think I masturbate too much on average 1 time per day and on the back of my penis (sometimes) there is a small red rash with no itch and needle tip size bumps but I researched and think it's something called penis papules but I want others opinions i'm bi sexual and have had just oral sex with one virgin male a female who has had sex twice and one virgin girl so I don't think it's an STD but please help so I can be sure

what up, im 19 years old, and i think i might have eczema on my d*ck. i was diagnosed with a load of allergies awhile back, including hay fever, so ive heard in this post, and heard in other scenerios, that eczema is sometimes caused by ay fever. About two weeks ago, i started getting eczema in my elbows and knees. about a week later, my balls were as itchy as hell. i soon noticed a red rash on the head of my penis. it looks very similar to the eczema i have in my elbows. how ever i dont remember if it was itchy or not, but now its sorta red, not at all itchy or bothering me in any way, but it feels almost scaly like dead skin, it is also somewhat flaking. ive only ever been with two chicks, one was a virgin, and the other i believe had no STIs. Im curious as to what you guys think, help me out , im burning out here

Same problem, around the age of 22 I was partying and sticking my penis in anything I could. Then bam, one day I look down at my penis and theres a red bump on the head. First thought was damn, I have an STD. Naturally I was embarressed and picked and used various creams like neosporin to see if it would clear up. Avoid doing this...Did nothing but burn like hell. It got to the point to where I had to go to the doctor because my penis just freaked me out from progressively getting worse. Finally decided to go to my doctor and was tested for various fungal/bacterial infections and even herpies. All came back negative so I was sent to a dermatologist who prescribed me protopic 0.1%. Wow amazingly after a few days it began to clear up. He never offically told me eczema but thats was the cream is treated for. I avoid using lotions and lubes for masturbation because they seem to cause irritation and sometime my bumps to pop up. When masturbating I only use puffs ultra soft tissue which causes no irritation for me. Doesn't feel as good as lotions/lubes but hey it just a quick release and the tissues make for easy clean up lol... As far as sex,  condoms seem to really irriate my skin causing the red bumps. I am married now so I dont use condoms at all now but find that if I dont wash my penis off well after sex I sometimes will get a few bumps from irritation from her juices. However protopic clears it up within 3-7days. I dont like the fact that I must rely on protopic but it works well for me. Don't be embarressed about seeing your doctor. Trust me they've all seen worse stuff. One concern I do have, if you have eczema keep a check on psoriasis. I am now about to be 27 and have psoriasis on my scalp and a few small patches on one hand/foot. However it seems its caused athritis in my chest causing deep pain and a hard time sleeping. I'm about to start taking Enbril and have concern about it causing my eczema to flare up worse.

Sorry...sounds like you have Herpes. Please go to the doctor and get a blood test for Herpes. It is not part of the standard STD check so you have to ask for a Herpes blood test. Eczema on the penis is not as common as Herpes and unfortunately, there are WAY too many men thinking they have Eczema on the Penis when they actually have Herpes. Go get tested......

You have genital Herpes. It is not part of a standard STD check. Get a blood test for Herpes....

In a way it is good to know im not the only man to suffer this but it is total HELL, as any of you who have it know. Have found Doctors to be completely useless with this. Like others was told it was herpes, or other STDs. The stress reason was given, but of course the more it occurs, and remains, the more stressful it becomes. I also get it behind my ears and inside, two recurring places on my head, have skinhead which dont help!  Just for information I use Eumovate Cream (clobetasone butyrate) and Nizoral shampoo (can be used as shower gel). They do work but leave it a couple of days or so and it is back. Yes I smoke, weed & baccy. Not had sex in so damn long I do need some relief.

Yeah, sounds exactly like me. I've got a small spot under my left eye, another dried circle right above it. Behind both ears, and my balls and shaft. The right side of my shaft(unfortunately I was mutilated) is swolen on my scar and have loads of scar tissue. Haven't had sex because my genitals are ugly as hell. Inner and outer skin are dry, flaky and my pubic area itches and peals in the morning. I use a high quality aloe when the skin cracks and bleeds, use the aloe twice a day morning and night. Seems to tame the dryness but have never had this problem this bad before. This is the first time this has happened to me. Masterbation is impossible with no sensation, dry cracked skin and lots of scar tissue which is swolen.

i had eczema sickness before and i came across some article saying that eczema have no cure but i do not believe that cause i was cured from lotion that is made in India is called sapat lotion try that. it stoped itching and remove spots and made my skin to normal color and that was under my penis and in between my balls and right leg now its gone my sickness was similar to yours bro try it click this link to read about the sapat lotion
