I have had the same problem with my skin for a few years. Stress can cause breakouts and Acne is different to Rosacea so it can't be treated in the same way. I suffer with combination skin and my skin gets very red and is very sensitive to products. You need to firstly look at your diet and what you eat. Then try to take some time out to relax, Even if it is only for a short time. And get into a regular beauty regime.Taking make-up off at night and using make-up that is non-comodogenic, Which means that it wont clog pores. And also Oil free(Very important). Try not to rub or scrub your face too much as this will only aggravate the problem. And pat dry rather than rub. With a soft pad or facecloth.I use Elemis products and my face looks really clean after. The Papaya Enzyme Mask is very gentle and u can even leave it on overnight. It brings down the redness and dries up the spots a treat. Try not to touch your face and wash all make up brushes and sponges regularly. And don't pick spots!!. It makes them worse and they hang around for longer. Elemis also do a Pro Radiance cream cleanser u apply to dry skin and rinse off. Choose a light moisturiser that is not too heavy and try and get a facial whenever you can . It can cost a few bucks but absolutely worth it. It takes a while if you are in your teens for your skin to settle down . Remember you are beautiful and don't get too stressed by a few spots. They are not as big as you think. And with a good diet and a good beauty regime you will see a difference. Best of Luck and I hope this helps. :-D

I have the same problem. It started out with just one, on my nose. Then it spread like crazy! It's on my forehead, and on my nose, and I don't know what to do to get rid of it!! I read some of the comments- and I have exams going on, and I eat a lot of spicy food, and I know I'm allergic to "heat", but this has never affected my face before ='(
Please help! They make my face look bloated, and they burn everytime I was my face!!!!!!

MRSA? That's what it sounds like....I am a MA and if you clean with Antibacterial soap for a week it should go away.... Avoid picking our scratching them as that could lead to a worse problem that might even need hospitalization...yuck...good luck.

I had the same issue and it turned out to be an allergic reaction to my new moisturizer. Allergies can be developed throughout time. When I was younger, I didn't have any allergies & now that i'm older, I seem to be more susceptible to allergens, like pollen.
