Hi, im 16 years old. I had unprotected sex few months ago. Fews weeks later i got tiny, tiny pimples on the bottom of my penis head. I had a blood test and doctor said i was clear. Weeks pasted and i got redness on the corner under my penis head ( felt like bruize ), This comes mainly after masturbation and goes away few days later. Today i masterbated and i got redness on the top of my foreskin. I have been using a anti-fungal cream ( canisten - clotrimazole ) for a while & i havnt seen much improvement. Please can someone help, what could this be?
If it is only really appearing after you masturbate then you are most likely doing it too rough or it is just very sensitive. Diseases don't just appear because you have masturbated.
