Try something made for that type of thing such as a product called Tend Skin. I saw an ad for it in the back of a magazine, I don't remember which one, but it was a women's magazine like Cosmo, or Jane or something like that. Anyway, you just need to call them and they'll send you a free sample. The product is supposed to help reduce and/or eliminate any shaving bumps, irritation, and ingrown hairs as well. There are also other products out there which do pretty much the same thing as Tend Skin, you just have to look for them. Witch Hazel is also supposed to help. Personally, I have not tried either of them.
I tend to get the same type of red spots after waxing. I find that its pretty much a normal thing to have them for about a day or so after waxing any pubic hairs. I don't get them on my legs.
One thing to do after waxing is this: When the hair starts to reappear, start exfoliating the area with a loofah. Make sure you do this gently to reduce any irritation it may cause. And continue this process every few days up until the week of your next waxing. Then do it every day. Exfoliating will help to cleanse the area of dead skin which tend to clog the pores, causing ingrown hairs to appear.
