I am 14, when I am non-erect, I will be able to pull the foreskin back all the way, but I am scared to because I am unsure how it will get back to normal? Can anyone please explain...

Also, I have just held my foreskin back for a minute or two, now it is completely unsensitive. How long will it take for the sensitivity to return?
it should only take a couple of minutes buudy :)
