I recently turned 27, I am a heavy set person, on the 26th of April I encountered an issue with a small painless hole above my ankle that started to shoot out a steady strong stream of blood after a shower. It took several hours to get it to stop and seems to be ok. On that day I also found a lump on the under right side of my scrotum that did not hurt, looked normal color compared to the rest of my scrotum. Over the next couple of days, it began to hurt with a rash like pain without the itchiness. My entire right side of my scrotum also swelled up a great deal.
I can feel the left testicle separate from the lump but I can not seem to feel the right one through all the swelling, I don’t know if it is part of the swelling/lump or just buried beneath it so much that I can’t feel around for it. The pain is mostly noticeable when moving, sitting, lying down and causing any kind of touching or pressure onto the lump itself.
I tried to use an ice pack on the swelling as someone had suggested to me but I do not think it did anything. I kept the ice pack on me until it had melted completely, around 5 hours range I believe. Today, while trying to sleep I noticed I was burning up and feeling body aches all over. I am not sexually active in anyway.
I am not entirely sure what to do about this and I don’t know what any other details I could include would be useful here. I know some of the details provided may not be related but I wanted to provide all just in case.
Is there any recommended advice anyone can give me, suggested medication to help this situation? Any course of action I can take from home before pursuing medical assistance from a professional doctor?
I posted on this earlier but did not get any kind of response so I figured I would repost it with as much detail as I could provide.
I apologize if reposting so soon is frowned upon, just a bit anxious for an answer to quell my concerns.

I think you are past the point of trying to self-medicate.
You need to consult a medical professional now.
You've tried an ice pack, you now feel burning up, and you don't state if you have tried any creams or ointment on the swollen scrotum. I would try something as simple as first aid cream or ointment, and consider something like a diaper rash ointment in case it is a topical skin rash.
But most important, you don't want to wait any longer. Go to the clinic, or call for an immediate appointment.
I doubt the wound in your ankle is related, but you know what might have caused it and if this was the onset of your problems. Mention it along with your examination.
Good luck.
Don't wait.

Epidymo Orchitis .....need antibiotics for infected scrotum and look into BHP enlarged prostate which can be treated w/ herbs such as saw palmetto and others.......going through the same thing now, happen to 50 yr olds and above.....no big worries just treat it.
