Hey... sorry for my late reply I was busy... But I Measured it... The Left One is 1.6 or 1.7 cm and The Right One Is 3.7 or 3.8 cm... I would Be very Thankful To You If You Tell Me The Effect Of It On Me

Did you ever actually measure your testicles? I would measure in millimeters for accuracy. And as far as effects if you have 1 normal testicle then you will still be able to produce sperm cells and have kids. The small testicle may be more prone to cancer so it is important that you give your self a testicular exam once per month. Do you know how to do that?

I'm not a doctor or a trained professional, so I cannot give any prognosis on something that hasn't been diagnosed. You need to see a doctor, preferrably an urologist, and get an ultrasound scan to get an idea of why your testicles are so abnormally different in size.

I apologize for the misunderstanding earlier I never got a reply that you made your testicle which is why I asked if you can measure it. You're one testicle is quite small however as long as you have a normal sized and functioning testicle are you need is one. You will still be able to have kids. Where do you live that you don't think you'll be able to get to a doctor? How old are you?dont you need to see a doctor for school?

In some parts of the world, there should be a medical teaching school or major hospital in the capital or large metropolitan centre. I would not venture to guess what could happen as a result of ignoring the smaller testicle or if you'll be able to have children. As I said, I'm not a medically-trained professional. I don't know your particular situation with regards to adults, but common sense would tell me this is not normal and should be looked at by a doctor, preferrably a urologist or surgeon, using an ultrasound imaging study read by a radiologist.

You can find the procedure online . Just search testicular self exam. Basically you take a hot shower or bath so that your scrotum is nice and soft and loose and it's easy to feel your testicles you feel each testicle individually and check for any lumps or bumps or portion that don't feel the same from the right and the left. Cast me roll your testicle between your thumb and forefinger letting it slide around so you feel surface of the testicle
