i have had some discomfort in my right testicle/right groin and abdomen area and i cannot really pinpoint what exactly is hurting. when my scrotum shrivles up, like when it's cold, it appears the right side is swollen a little, although it isn't the testicle at all and isn't a lump. when i look straight down it just looks like the right side sticks out a little bit more than usual. when my scrotum relaxes during the warm weather it's completely normal looking and there are no bulges or anything unusual or lumps or anything.

someone mentioned a hernia but i read a similar post on here and someone said it was a back muscle pinching a nerve or something. it only hurts every few days, and really only when i squat down or bend. i don't know what it could be but i am a little bothered by it. i have been taking ibuprofen to see if that helps if it is a back muscle and it has helped some, but nothing has gone away yet.

any opinions? thanks.
