I'm a 17 year old, asian boy and i'm having pain in my right testicle. I've been masturbating quite frequently lately.The pain started yesterday night around 7-8.p.m. I felt this tingly pain in my right testicle and whenever i touch it, the pain shoots to both my right testicle and my right abdomen. Could this be "Blueball" or something worse? :'(

it sounds like it could be from over masturbating. how often have you been masturbating and have you been doing it roughly?
you ,may have bruised your testicle which can take over a week to heal. It could also be another type of injury to the tissue surrounding the testie. do you pull on them or have they gotten hit or otherwiese injured recently?
also the last time you masturbated did you ejaculate? I double its blueballs because they are caused when blood pools in your testicles due to intense arousal but no ejaculation. When you get aroused the bloodflow to your testicles increased causing them to swell slightly. once you have an orgasm the blood drains and returns to normal. howver if you get very aroused and not have an orgasm the blood stays there resulting in aching pain in both the testicles and lower abdomin.
For right now dont masturbate if the pain gets a lot worse then so see a doctor as you may have a testicular torrsoin (but i doubt you do)
