I rolled my right ankle for a third time. Well, last time was 4 years ago, but I can’t believe it that it keeps happening to me. I was still for few days, but swelling is still there. I don’t know what to do. It usually disappears fast, but this time isn’t. Please, tell me what to do!!!

Keep off of it as much as you can and try to keep it elevated and Put some ice on it to help reduce swelling, but don't leave the ice on for too long though. You only need to ice it for about 10 minutes at a time every 30 minutes or so, but after a bit you can ease up on the icing. Be sure to rest it every now and then and something supportive like an Ace wrap to help. Take care!
