My baby has a diaper rash. I read in a magazine that I can rub malox on the place the rash is appearing. Is that true?

Hey, yes that is correct. If the rash appears burned then rub some malox liquid into rash 2 or 3 times a day. Keep the skin dry and if possible, keep the diper off for a few hours a day. If rash isn’t better in day or two, use the cream to kill the yeast. If child is younger than a year, best is Nystatin (prescription only), if child is older that 1 year, than use Lotrimin.
