I have two cavities and I have to get fillings. I'm scared. So my question is do fillings hurt?
no don't worry it won't hurt that much ;)
Just relax, your dentist will give you a local anesthetic in your gum and it might sting a little bit but it's really nothing. When your gum has gone numb then he will start the filling, it's not painful at all and you will only feel the dentist applying pressure when putting the filling in and it doesn't tale take too long. Be open to your Dentist tell him that your scared :D surely he will put you at ease. Good Luck!
