Hi, i am 15 and have not had any form of sex / oral in my entire life and for about a year now i have had these miniture white bumps on my scrotum, my whole scrotum is coverd in them at the base of each pube on my scrotum there is a little blob and if i pull the pube the white pimple appears to be a little spot with some form of puss or something inside, i have tried to get this white lump out but gave up trying as it hurts to much and the fact that there are so many of them it would take me quite some time to get rid of them and the worse part is they appear to be spreading up my foreskin
So what is this can any one help please and how do i get rid of them? i am a very worried person...
