hello, i'm a 21 yr old male in the last week ive noticed to what looks like veins on my left side of my scrotum im not sure if they are connected to my left testical, but when i feel the left side of the testical it looks like worms......i'd say they are a bit swollen, can anyone help me please?
Worms can easily find their way into the scrotal sack through the urethra...just kidding. I have had this for about 25 years. It is varicose veins. It can get uncomfortable. It is likely from tight fitting pants.
