I find it quite unbelievable that there after so many years there is not a simple cure for this condition seeing as though they can treat such a vast array of ither conditions!
I found out a way to treat this skin condition and its helping me get rid of the spots right now as i type this ! Trust me it works believe me ..
Okay all you have to do is these steps hear me out .
#1 go to your local pharmacy store I suggest go to Walgreens if you have one were you live also Cvs pharmacy go to the face product aisle and get this cream called Oxy maximum if they dont have that in stock get Oxy action advanced face wash they are creams that have benzoyl peroxide in then which sheds the skin where you apply it too !
#2 When you have bought the product i say wait the next day to use it but if you really want to get rid of them knock yourself out! What you wanna do is clean the skin first with some warm water for a couple minutes to open up the pores of sebaceous prominence then apply the cream all around the affected area dont over do it cause there is side effects to this cream but dont worry about them they arent really harmful after you put the product on let the cream dry wait for atleast 15-20 min to make sure touch the cream where you put the affected area to see if its dry and if its like sticky thats alright you can leave it like that but this what i did when i applied the cream i put it after i was done taking a shower at night and put the cream before i went to sleep and left the product on the affected area all night until the morning i cleaned it all off with some warm water and put some cream again before i went to school i still left the product on me the whole day until night again after my shower its one big loop basically after night shower put cream on sleep the wake up in the morning wash off put cream again leave it on all day and repeat the same thing after the night shower ! I promise you you are going to see results when you wash off the cream your affected area is gunna get dry like really dry leave it like that its normal after you start seeing shedding from the affected area like 3-5 days you can stop putting it on BUT i warn you the side affects are real annoying theres going to be alot of ITCHING, BURNING, DRY SKIN, REDNESS, but thats normal that mean the product is working TRUST ME this is going to work ! I haven't heard of anyone successfully treating this condition so hopefully yours is actually genuine.
You gotta be patient your gunna be seeing results little by little but trust me its all worth the wait. From experience after using the product Oxy maximum or Oxy action advance face wash it has been showing great results of the 2 weeks ive been using it! The SP(Sebaceous Prominence) are almost permanently gone from my affected area.

So now to the treatment, I tried some real crazy sh*t. I even tried rubbing the hell out of my foreskin with a nail file until it bled. It helped some , but I would DEFINITELY NOT ADVISE DOING THAT! It is extremely painful. Right now what I've been doing is again; keeping the area dry, during showers rubbing my crotch area really good with face soap and body wash with a loofa sponge, and after applying acne cream with benzoyl peroxide. Once it dries, I apply gold bond foot powder that has the talcum powder in baby powder (baby powder works good too). Also, I found that stress makes the bumps really apparent. This strategy is really minimizing my SB, and are hardly noticeable at all. I'll also give that heating method a try. Anyways, don't let SB ruin you! It is a perfectly normal thing in teens and adults, and what really helped me is reading that I'm not the only one with this condition. Hopefully this helps all of you out there with SB
