There's one permanent way but you definitely won't like it.... unless you're a sado. Scar tissue doesn't produce sebaceous glands or hair follicles. So you could chemically peel your junk until it's all even scar tissue but that means you have to leave it on 100% salicylic tca mix paint it on evenly.
I just want to say this for whoever needs it because I know I used to be very insecure about it . First of all, girls do not care about this or even notice it. Most of the time when you have sex with a girl, it will be dimly lit because you will either be in a car or in a bedroom with low lighting. Girls will be much more concerned about whether or not you will text them the next day. Second girls also have bumps on their vagina lips and their nipples. Even if they do notice it, they will not bring it up because they also have them and therefore understand them and are not afraid of them in most circumstances. As a point of reference, I have had sex with over thirty girls and not a single one of them has ever said anything to me about it. When you use a condom, it completely hides it anyway. Also, women get shave bumps which are far more noticeable and are red in color oftentimes which is arguably a more embarassing skin condition and they pretty much all shave their vaginas, so this is pretty common. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, I have found that you can dramatically reduce the appearance of sebaceous prominence by doing several things. The first is always using lube when you masturbate. I recommend coconut oil, it's great for your skin, it will moisturize it and make your skin look healthier. The second thing is to not take long hot showers. I believe that long how showers are perhaps the cause of this issue. When you take long hot showers, especially if you use a lot of soap on your penis, it takes the natural oils off of your penis. Then I believe your body makes your sebaceous glands work harder to produce more oils becuase your penis skin is supposed to have a certain amount of natural oil to protect it from bacteria, etc. and to provide a small amount of lube. I believe that this causes the sebaceous glands to increase in size sort of like how your thyroid will increase in size if your body needs to make more thyroid hormone - If you stop showering for a few days and use lube when you masturbate, there is a good chance you will see a significant improvement in your sebaceous prominence. When you do have to shower, take very short, cold showers. When I take fewer showers and colder showers and use lube, my SP becomes essentially non-existent whereas it was maybe a five out of ten before. This is not medical advice - consult your doctor always - but just so you know, if you bring this to a doctor most will just say its normal. They are not wrong about this. But, it is still better for confidence for some people to reduce the prominence. But for you younger guys out there who feel like it is the end of the world. I promise you, it is not. After you have a few sexual experiences with girls, you will see no one even notices or cares. Get on tinder and get out there! It can be better to try sexual experimentation with girls from tinder because if you have an embarrassing situation or if something bad happens, you can easily cut them out of your life. Also, there are a lot of very kind women out there who will respond positively even if you discussed this with them and they would consider it an emotional bonding moment with you. But, only disclose it to a person who has really earned your trust.
