i'm in my 30's, still got them - and i've f**ked a lot of girls, not one of them cared... nearly all had SP's on their nipples, some more than others,  look up a pair of boobs on the internet, i bet you'll see them on their nipples. (infact i just did to check, found with a girl with them giving a BJ to a guy with SP's LOL)
I've even seen 'real life' vibrators with veins and SP's on, so what does that tell you?. I've tried those specific overpriced creams - did nothing, dont waste your money cos even it does work, you'd have to keep using it to keep them away. Each time i get a new partner i'm always concerned they may say something, and i wonder if there's anything out now to get rid of them, hence my arrival here - i might try OXY10, see what happens. But if it does nothing, it won't stop me - if she says anything - she'll be in a very small minority and go jump.

My advice is, dont' put off having sex, you'll only be annoyed you wasted years worrying about it, when you'll find more girls are embarrassed about the size and shapes of their boobs and vaginas, and to you, they all look normal. Just whack a condom on quick - until you've had sex with so many girls, you've got a stack of confidence and you dont give a sh*t what any of them say.

I had pretty bad acne when I was younger, so I went to the docs to get treatment. He prescribed me accutane, this stuff is definitely nothing to mess with, really hard on your system plus it dries you out like mad, but it also made the spots go away, they then reappeared later though.

I agree with Crizpi.I add these: I've had PPP but I also still have SP. Im' 29 and trying to get rid of them for 3 years now. (I cured PPP with soldering iron method.) My experience of the SP research showed me there are 3 most famous ways to treat. Imho : 1st comes the laser treatment (most co2 laser) stuff. 2nd PIEB method stuff. 3rd tretinoin (or isotretinoin) with jojoba oil. I just want to point out that SUCCESS VARIES PER PATIENT.e.g. I tried 3rd with no results. I now try PIEB on my biggest gland. Didn't removed it entirely and got worse, bigger. Read wikipedia about Fordyce Spots. None of my-few- partners ever mentioned something about them but this doesnt mean they didnt noticed. My opinion on this, is that 1.)they notice but most of them they dont care much 2.)they might think its normal (inexperienced) 3.)They dont notice them. Of course there is always the factor of how visible is your SP. Advice: 1.) Worst case scenario: Just whine doin nothing and let SP ruin your sex life (like me). 2.) Less worst case scenario: Force your self to have sex while having SP and get noticed by your partner and she gets freaked out. U get it?

Don't worry guys, just because it's classified as a Penile Disorder does not mean you should go out of your way to get rid of them. Just make sure you're hygienic and nearly all women won't even realize that it's "wrong."

The slightly bigger lumps can actually be squeezed carefully open and reduce some of the Sedum inside, which will make them smaller and not grow back fast, it's quite harmless. Don't squeeze too hard and don't use any "tools" for this effect. If it doesn't work, let it be, because the lump is too small.

Ideally, you can just forget about it. If you have any (much) bigger lumps, then you should consult a doctor.

It's not dirty and it does not stop women or men from intercourse or oral.

If it makes you feel better, women have several -natural- things going on in their genital area that aren't always the most sanitary looking!

Don't be afraid to see a doctor about this issue - they have seen far worse and more embarrassing conditions than this. Besides, they are trained professionals specifically qualified to make you feel as comfortable as possible while discussing any aspect of your health.

Most importantly, love yourself for who you are.

According to wikipedia, sebaceous prominence "are raised bumps similar to Fordyce's spots on the shaft of the penis, located at the sebaceous glands and are normal."

I have hundreds of little bumps all over my testices, and I went to the doctor, all he said is they are normal, but there is atleast 50 on my penis shaft and what looks like over a thousand on my testicles, is there a way to reduce the amount or something?!

The past few weeks I have been drinking a minimum of 3 cups of strong green tea a day for health benefits. Surprisingly that has reduced them for me and lessened their visibility greatly alongside the use of talc. If you've tried everything else give this a try, so far so good.
